Whether through cinema or service, Chiranjeevi continues to inspire millions. His actions remind fans that being a “Megastar” is not just about stardom; it’s about compassion, responsibility, and humanity.

Megastar Chiranjeevi has once again proven that his greatness extends far beyond the silver screen. In just one week, he extended financial support of nearly ₹20 lakh, offering ₹10.5 lakh to makeup artist Shivanath and ₹9.5 lakh to the family of his former manager. Recently, he also donated ₹10 lakh to various service organizations and ₹5 lakh to the Telugu Film Journalists Association.

Fans often say that Chiranjeevi is not only a reel hero but also a real-life savior. Many point out that apart from direct monetary help, he frequently arranges free medical treatment at Apollo Hospitals, with countless acts of kindness that never even come to light.

A Legacy of Service

Chiranjeevi’s commitment to social welfare is well established. He founded the Chiranjeevi Charitable Trust (CCT) on October 2, 1998, which runs the largest blood and eye banks in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Over the years, the trust has provided more than 930,000 units of blood and restored eyesight to over 9,000 individuals through cornea transplants. The blood bank was honored with the “Best Voluntary Blood Bank Award” by the Andhra Pradesh government for five consecutive years (2002–2006).

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Chiranjeevi set up oxygen banks and ambulances across the Telugu states and launched the Corona Crisis Charity to support daily wage workers in the film industry.

New Initiative

In March 2026, inspired by Tamil actor Suriya’s Agaram Foundation, Chiranjeevi announced a major initiative to provide free education to underprivileged students. This large-scale program aims to help children facing financial challenges pursue their studies without obstacles.
