One of Bollywood’s most controversial hits in recent years was The Kerala Story, directed by Sudipto Sen and starring Adah Sharma and Siddhi Idnani. The film created a sensation at the box office. Its sequel, The Kerala Story Part 2, may not have matched the first film’s collections, but it still managed to gain notable reach and attention.
OTT Release Confirmed
Directed by Kamakhya Narayan Singh, The Kerala Story Part 2 is now ready for its digital debut. Streaming giant ZEE5, which also owns the rights to Part 1, has acquired the sequel as well. The makers have confirmed that the film will begin streaming from May 8, 2026.
Multi-Language Release
Alongside the original Hindi version, the film will also be released in Telugu and other South Indian languages through dubbed versions, ensuring wider accessibility.
Story & Cast
Based on real-life incidents surrounding the controversial theme of “love jihad,” the film features Aditi Bharya, Ulka Gupta, and Aishwarya Ojha in key roles.
