Nandamuri Balakrishna’s last release, Akhanda 2, did not receive the expected response and ended as a failure at the box office. While the fans await the progress of his next, NBK 111 under the direction of Gopichand Malineni, it is being said that the actor is all set to release another film with Dil Raju for the next Sankranthi.
Director Gopichand Malineni has worked with Balakrishna for Veera Simha Reddy, which was released on Sankranthi 2023 and achieved success at the box office. The combo was all set to work on a historical subject, but due to some reasons, they changed the script and decided to go on with a commercial story only.
From the beginning, NBK 111 was supposed to be a Sankranthi release, but the latest reports suggest that producer Dil Raju is working on releasing his first movie with Balakrishna for the big festival.
There were strong inside reports for many days about Dil Raju working on a script with the Malayalam movie “Marco” director Haneef Adeni for Balakrishna. Reportedly, the film will start officially on the actor’s birthday.
So, the release of NBK 111 may be postponed or moved forward, which can only be revealed by the team in the coming days.
