After recently winning the Best Visual Effects award at the 98th Academy Awards, Avatar: Fire and Ash – Avatar 3, directed by James Cameron, continues to stay in the spotlight. Starring Sam Worthington and Zoë Saldaña, and produced by Cameron along with Jon Landau, the billion-dollar blockbuster is now drawing attention for its upcoming digital release.
The film is set to premiere as a Premium Video on Demand (PVOD) title on March 31, 2026, rather than arriving directly on a regular OTT platform. Pre-orders are already live on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, and other services, allowing viewers to rent or purchase the film ahead of its streaming release.
A wider OTT release is expected around June 2026, with the film likely to stream on Disney+ and JioHotstar, depending on regional availability.
