Looking at BMW and NNNM individually, BMW was affected by its pre-festival release and relatively weak word of mouth. On the other hand, NNNM suffered mainly due to a lack of theatres. But the positive aspect for NNNM is its strong word of mouth. With the Republic Day holiday coming up, the film is expected to see improved collections over the weekend and continue its run on a positive note.

This Sankranthi season saw the release of five Telugu films, making it a highly competitive festival at the box office. Among them, Ravi Teja’s Bhartha Mahasayulaki Wignyapthi (BMW) and Sharwanand’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari (NNNM) were the most affected by the heavy competition.

Both BMW and NNNM could have performed better if they had received more theatres and visibility. Compared to big releases like The Raja Saab and Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, these films did not get the required exposure, which impacted their collections and overall results.

Although Naveen Polishetty’s Anaganaga Oka Raju is also a relatively small film, it benefited from strong promotions and wide audience reach. Naveen actively promoted the film, and producer Naga Vamsi, who controls a good number of theatres, ensured the film got the best possible screen count despite the competition.

Looking at BMW and NNNM individually, BMW was affected by its pre-festival release and relatively weak word of mouth. On the other hand, NNNM suffered mainly due to a lack of theatres. But the positive aspect for NNNM is its strong word of mouth.
