Actress Mamitha Baiju, who plays a pivotal role in Kara, has showered praise on her co-star Dhanush and the film’s director Vignesh Raja. Speaking about her experience, she described Dhanush as “an acting university,” adding that one can learn countless things from him. She highlighted the unmatched comfort he provides to his co-stars, making the working environment effortless and inspiring.
Mamitha also expressed her admiration for Vignesh Raja’s narration, calling it “extraordinary.” She explained that while costumes usually help her transform into a character, this time she truly lived as a village girl through her role as Selli. She felt the character suited her perfectly and allowed her to deliver one of her most authentic performances.
Kara, written and directed by Vignesh Raja, stars Dhanush in the lead role and marks his first on-screen pairing with Mamitha Baiju.
